Abstract The article is the third and final piece of the three-part sociological essay. It presents several key outcomes of the fifth wave of the pan-European survey EUROSTUDENT that was implemented in 29 countries of the European higher education area (EHEA) from 2012 to 2014. It depicts the situation of EHEA students’ international academic mobility and describes students’ plans for their future after graduation. The article contains a section that analyses the options for continued studies and another section discusses the students’ projections of their employment opportunities. This part of the article summarises findings that have been made throughout the entire three-part essay and concludes the series with an overview of practical implications.(HRK / Abstract übernommen)
