Abstract The article explores how international competence can be used for a successful career entry. The reasons for the increased demand for international skills lie in new employability requirements of the internationalized worlds of labour. The article shows how academic staff as well as career center and international office members can raise the awareness of students and prepare them for the challenging recruitment processes.
