Abstract Ecole Centrale Marseille, a French school of engineering, has made international mobility mandatory for its students. The introduction of such a strategy requires a lot of thought, and several action plans that must be defined. Namely, which departments will work on the project, what legal framework should be drawn up, which mobility windows can be proposed, what the impact on the institution is, what the impact on the curriculum is, what financial aspects there are, what points should be checked, what problems can be encountered, and what the possible solutions are. This article gives feedback on the experience of implementing mandatory international mobility in an engineering curriculum in a French Grande Ecole. (HRK / Abstract übernommen)
