Abstract The French degree titled ?Professional Bachelors in Management of Organisations; speciality Project Management and Human Resources Management?, taught at the Institut Universitaire de Technologie, University of Toulon in France, is also offered at the University of Commerce in Hanoi, Vietnam. This article shows an example of how educational and professional tools are used and adapted to Vietnamese culture in order to accompany the students towards their professional integration (searching for a work-placement but also entering the labour market), both by using a distance-learning platform and visiting in situ firms to be more well informed about the Vietnamese firms? requirements and adapt soft skills accordingly.
