Abstract Internet technology offers new possibilities for the delivery of mental health services. One of these possibilities is online support groups which link people who share similar life circumstances and personal challenges. The online peer support discussion forum ?Student to Student? is an intervention designed to combine the advantages of online communication (anonymity and availability without time and space limitations) with the advantages of peer support (social connectedness, empathy, empowerment). This kind of intervention seems to be suitable in addressing the needs of international students. (HRK / Abstract übernommen)
